The Teixeira Tech YFZ450R XC Maximum Ground Clearance A-Arm Suspension Kit is engineered to solve real handling and clearance limitations of the YFZ450R platform. Designed to accept long-travel shocks and built around XC / LTR-inspired geometry, this system improves front-end bite, ground clearance, and suspension performance in aggressive off-road conditions.
Constructed from precision-welded 4130 Chromoly tubing in a dedicated jig, these A-arms deliver an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio while maintaining exact fitment. Strategic tubing placement and shock positioning maximize usable ground clearance across the entire arm—not just at a single point—reducing hang-ups in ruts, rocks, and uneven terrain.
This kit also improves suspension progression, allowing for better small-bump compliance, increased bottoming resistance, and reduced rider fatigue over long XC rides or races. An integrated shock guard protects the shock eyelet from trail and race abuse, extending component life where it matters most.
Finished in a durable wrinkle black powdercoat, this system is built to withstand real-world riding—not just look good on the stand.
